1. Are towels and bed linen provided?
Bed linen is provided in each apartment. Beds are made upon arrival.
2. Is it possible to get a baby cot?
We will provide a baby cot at your simple request when booking. This service is free.
3. Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately it is not allowed to bring a pet.
4. Can I smoke in the accommodation?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or terrace.

2. Do I immediately receive confirmation of my booking?
A confirmation will be sent by email as soon as possible. The lease is then sent digitally.
This lease must be signed by you on the indicated pages and mailed back to us afterwards.
3. Can I change or cancel my booking?
To change the dates of your stay, it is best to contact us by phone.
We will do our best to change your booking.
If canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.
For rental periods up to 1 month:
Cancellation costs = 50% of the rent if canceled less than 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation fee = 100% of the rental if canceled less than 2 weeks before arrival.
For rental periods more than 1 month:
Cancellation fee = 50% of the rental if canceled less than 2 months before arrival.
Cancellation fee = 100% of the rental if canceled less than 1 month before arrival.
4. When will I receive the deposit back?
The deposit will be refunded no later than 3 weeks after your departure.
Electricity costs are deducted from the deposit.
1. Where do I get the keys?
You will receive the keys to the apartment. Your on-site contact will meet you at the apartment at the agreed time.
All coordinates of your contact person are stated in the rental contract.

Via an external transfer service, we can offer you an airport service.
3. Where can I park my car?
There is a private parking lot behind the building. Each apartment has its own pitch. The car park has an automatic sliding gate, which you get a remote control when the keys are delivered.
4. Do I have to confirm my arrival time?
Yes, once you have collected your luggage at the airport or 1 hour before your arrival at the apartment,
please contact your local contact person. She / he will then go to the apartment to meet you there and hand over the keys.

In case of problems or if you break something in the apartment, please contact your contact person
or the owner. They will make every effort to repair or replace as soon as possible.
